Reading the 220 patti chart
A panna is valid when its digits never go down from left to right, with 0 counted as the highest digit. That rule is why 460 and 550 are valid but 406 and 055 are not. Each ank has 12 single pannas, 9 double pannas and 1 triple panna, which makes 22 pannas per ank and 220 in total.
